Review of Pagely
Pagely was launched in 2009 and is based in Arizona. They claim themselves as "The innovators of WordPress-as-a-Service" and indeed they had existed before ZippyKid and WP Engine. According to Pagely they "are the largest and most trusted Managed WordPress Web hosting provider". There are four plans available and start at $24/mo which is pretty standard for a managed WordPress hosting company. More or less it offers the same services as WP Engine and ZippyKid, but the pricing model is the most flexible. Unfortunately, there is no telephone support, even for pre-sales questions, but they did answer all questions via email rather quickly.

Conclusion
Due the flexibilty of the pricing model Pagely can be a very interesting choice. For instance, you get 200.000 visits/mo for $64/mo if you don't need a CDN. That's twice as much as WP Engine allows and costs $35 less. What we don't understand is why you have to $5 for SFTP. This is a standard and should be a core feature. A good thing is that Pagely works together with Firecloud what makes your website incredibly secure, so you don't have to worry firewall issues, DDoS attacks or malware problems with WordPress.
